This validating, welcoming group is FREE and open to anyone regardless where or how you became a parent.
It takes place on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month from 10am-11am.
“Birth Your Story Writing Circle”
You’re invited to participate in an exploration and processing of your birth story. This safe, supportive, intimate group will include a grounding meditation, writing prompts and discussion, ending with group reiki. Becoming a mom is quite incredible. There is so much wisdom and strength that is held in your story. No matter the outcome, I believe it deserves to be birthed into the world.

It will be virtual via Zoom. Limited to 6 participants. You only need a notebook or journal and something to write with. I encourage you to be as cozy as possible. To ensure the best experience, the group will only be held if three or more participants sign up. If a group is cancelled, your payment can be applied to another offering, a future group, or refunded. The cost is $65 for the 2-hour group.
